Owner / Account Owner: The owner account holds the highest level of privilege, encompassing comprehensive access to account management functionalities, billing oversight, system settings configuration, and report generation. In addition to these administrative functions, owners also retain the ability to engage with tickets and monitor workflow processes within the system.

Visitor: refers to an individual who accesses or interacts with a Site or Service. Visitors may browse web pages, submit inquiries, make purchases, or engage in other forms of interaction.

Data collection and policy

Data removal policy

Data removal requests: Subscriber can request the deletion of their data at any time via email to support@urlslab.com. The Service facilitates the deletion of sensitive Service data upon request, including all related tickets and contact information. Additionally, the Account owner possesses full control over their accounts and can request deletion via email to Quality Unit’s support team. Data retention policy

Quality Unit retains Subscriber data for the duration of their Service usage or until a deletion request is submitted. Terminated accounts are automatically deleted from Quality Unit’s cloud within the subsequent 30 days. Following this, only a cold backup of the database is retained for an additional 30 days.
